Pre-Order & Delivery Information
All units are purchased on a pre-order basis.
Please allow 2 working days for processing, followed by 5 working days for shipping.
You can expect to receive your order 7–10 working days after placing your order.

If you purchase your hair from us for an installation appointment with Tressologybydca, you will receive 50% off your install.
At checkout, please use the code TRESSAPP.
This ensures your hair is securely kept with us and prepared ahead of your appointment.
To be eligible for this offer, you must purchase either:
- One full wig unit, or
- A lace system plus 3 bundles
Collection Option
If you would like to collect your unit from our studio in Deptford / Greenwich, please use the code COLLECTION at checkout.
Please note:
- All collections are available after the 7–10 working day delivery window
- Collection days: Tuesday – Saturday
- Collection times: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Wig Cap Size
- Small Cap 21" - 21.5"
- Medium Cap 22" - 22.5"

Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn, used, or handled, as it is illegal to resell used hair.
Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been sent. In this case, clear photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.

Wig Density
All of our wigs are made at 250% density, as we believe in delivering full, voluminous hair with a luxurious finish.
Each bundle used is 100g and full from top to ends, ensuring thickness, body, and consistency throughout.
