Refund & Eligibility Policy
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn, used, or handled, as it is illegal to resell used hair.
Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been sent. In this case, clear photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.

Shipping and Delivery
Pre-Order & Delivery Information
All units are made available on a pre-order basis. Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed. Please note that stated working days exclude public holidays. During holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any scheduled appointments or events. We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or reimburse shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery.
International Delivery
For EU orders and all international destinations outside the EU, please allow 10–14 working days from dispatch to receive your order. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Tressology Co Install Offer
Clients who purchase their hair from us for an installation appointment with Tressologybydca are eligible for 50% off their install service. To apply this offer, please enter the code TRESSAPP at checkout. This allows us to retain your hair securely in-house and have it prepared in advance of your appointment. Eligibility requires the purchase of either one full wig unit or one lace system with three bundles.
Collection Option
Clients who wish to collect their unit from our Deptford / Greenwich studio should apply the code COLLECTION at checkout. Collection is available after the 7–10 working day delivery period. Collection days are Tuesday to Saturday, and collection times are 11:00am – 6:00pm. Before attending, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07494 608977 to confirm your collection.

Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or amended. Responsibility lies with the customer to review all order details carefully prior to checkout.
2. Pre-Order Basis
All hair units are sold strictly on a pre-order basis. Orders require up to 2 working days for processing before dispatch. UK orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed. As pre-order items are prepared specifically for each customer, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing has commenced.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by a third-party courier and is no longer within the control of Tressology Co. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance of any scheduled events or appointments.
4. International Orders
For EU and worldwide destinations outside the EU, delivery may take approximately 10–14 working days from dispatch. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes. Any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by Tressology Co.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene regulations, hair products that have been worn, used, altered, or handled cannot be returned, as used hair cannot legally be resold. Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been received. Any issues must be reported with clear photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery. If approved, a return address will be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for confirming all order specifications before completing checkout. For assistance prior to ordering, customers are encouraged to contact us via email or WhatsApp.
7. Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any payment options displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise Tressology Co to process payment using your selected method.
8. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, colours, and measurements are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. Tressology Co reserves the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice.
9. Website Use & Disclaimer
All content on the Tressology Co website is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Tressology Co is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from website use beyond direct transactions.
