Our hair is crafted from premium double-drawn virgin hair, delivering fullness from root to tip for a luxurious, consistent look.
With the correct care, the hair can last 3–4 years or longer. However, longevity will vary depending on several factors, including how frequently the hair is worn, the amount of heat applied, and the overall maintenance routine.
To maximise durability, we recommend:
- Using a quality heat protectant before styling
- Limiting excessive heat exposure where possible
- Regular conditioning and deep-conditioning treatments
- Gentle detangling and proper storage when not in use
- Following a consistent care and maintenance routine
Like natural hair, the lifespan of your extensions is directly influenced by how well they are cared for. With appropriate maintenance, your Tressology hair can remain soft, healthy, and beautiful for years to come.

All units are purchased on a pre-order basis.
Please allow 2 working days for processing, followed by 5 - 8 working days for shipping.
You can expect to receive your order 7–11 working days after placing your order. (For Uk and EU orders)
For international orders please allow 10-16 working days

If you would like to collect your unit from our studio in Deptford / Greenwich, please use the code COLLECTION at checkout.

- All collections are available after the 7–10 working day delivery window
- Collection days: Tuesday – Saturday
- Collection times: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As all of our products are made to order on a pre-order basis and customised to your selected specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.
Order amendments may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour period, no changes can be made to your order as production and processing may have already commenced.
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn, used, handled, altered, or removed from their original packaging, as it is illegal to resell used hair products.
Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been sent. In this case, clear photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.

Wig Density
All of our wigs are made at 250% density, as we believe in delivering full, voluminous hair with a luxurious finish.
Each bundle used is 100g and full from top to ends, ensuring thickness, body, and consistency throughout.
